Mailbox is not accessible

Hi all,

On the Incoming Mail Server Settings, there is error "Mailbox is not accessible : "Error while connecting to mail server.". In the meantime, mails will not be fetched in the mail fetching schedule."



No issue on the Outgoing setting. i just recently upgraded the Service Desk to version 14.0 Build 14003. Please advise.
