I am having a look at the trial version of op manager and cannot configure the emial settings
I am running service desk as well and the outgoing settings are set correctly, the incoming is not as we are running exchange and SMTP on port 25
We are running a server called mailmarshal and exchnage on a seprate box The settings for servicedesk outgoing are not working when entering into opmanager
Is this becuase incoming we only have SMTP enanbled and servicedesk isn't configured for that, so I assume opmanager would not be as well
