Mail server settings - TLS
Hello all,
we're having an issue in configuring mail server settings using TLS.
We want to use authenticated smtp server from office 365.
The account is correct, below you can find my configuration:
- server name: pod51014.outlook.com
- port: 587
SSL ENABLED
We're not allowed to use port 465 so I'm not able to test it.
When I click on "Test Mail", I receive the error "Unable to connect to the mail server. Please check if the mail service is running on the specified port".
How can I fix this?
