Mail Server Settings not Pulling emails

Mail Server Settings not Pulling emails

I just downloaded SD5 for evaluation. I've setup a mailbox on Exchange 5.5 and configured the Mail Server Settings in SD5. I get a successful test and start fetching. I never get any email into the Requests queue even though I can see email coming into the mailbox on Exchange. I've tried POP and IMAP to no avail.

any suggestions?
