Mail Server Settings
I'm having an issue with the Mail Server Settings for Incoming Mail. I have a question about the ServerName/IPAddress, I have put the correct IP and tried the Server Name with no go. We use SMTP on port 25, and I have created a Help Desk User in AD and an Exchange Mailbox, and I keep getting same error:
FAILURE :Email Settings saved successfully. But error occurred while trying to check connection with mail server - Problem connecting to mailbox.
Any thoughts?
