Mail Server Settings
We have Service Desk up and running , incoming email was working fine and suddenly today we receive below error
FAILURE :E-mail settings saved successfully. But error occurred while trying to check connection with mail server - Authentication Failed using the given username and password.
- The Telnet responds to the server and port
- The password and email configuration is OK
anyone can help ?
