Mail Sending Failed

Hello

After hours of fighting to get email working, the server has been setup to use OAuth with EWS and it all seemed to go fine.
After trying to "Send a Sample mail", i get an error "Mail Sending Failed" and the under that message in red is another message "Unknown error occurred".

This does not help at all and I can not read the logs to find the problem.

So I am here asking on day two of trying this product, as ManageEngine refuse to help anyone at any stage of the setup process without first spending money on something that is not yet working...

This seems a little bit unreasonable, to make people pay to test a product that is supposed to have a free 30 day trial...
