Mail Sending Failed
Hi Everyone,
i have problem with sending e-mail from ServiceDesk Plus. the message that i get is:
"class javax.mail.MessagingException: 530 5.7.1 Client was not authenticated"
In "Mail Server Settings" ii have setup the correct settings. I am 100% sure that this settings are correct, because with the same settings to Outlook Express i can send e-mail.
Recently we have upgrade our mail server from Ms Exchange 2003 to Ms Exchange 2007. In this the new one the smtp port for client is 587. i have put this in mail server settings, but i still have problem to send e-mail.
