I'm actually in SDP 8008.
Since SDP 8007 our requesters have no mails when creating a request.
They don't have a mail when their requests are closed.
Only the mail for the requests queues for technicians are available.
Moreover, when replying to requesters, all fields are blank, and the object doesn't refer to the RequestId (it's written : Re: [Request :##$RequestId##] : $Title
