mail notification and exchange server
Quick Question-
I have servicedesk plus in an environment where I have exchange set up, but do not have the ports open for pop3. I know you can set up mail notification with pop3, but I want to do it with exchange settings. Any Ideas if it can be done? My version I am using is version 7.0.0
