kindly i need your support that i am facing an issue with mail server settings in Manage Engine Service Desk Plus V. 10.5 



in the attached file our mail server setting 

the error type:FAILURE :E-mail settings saved successfully. But error occurred while trying
to check connection with mail server - Problem connecting to mailbox

so i need
your support and connect remotly with me to fix this issue 



all mail server settings are correct with exchange Mail server
