Since updating the licence file, the system is no longer fetching mail, although no other settings have been changed. Unfortunately I didnt stop the service before upgrading the licence, not sure if I should have, however even after re-starting the service it stil will not fetch mail.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions, thanks.
