Mail Fetching without deleting email
Hi,
I'm having a look at setting up Mail Fetching on our Service Desk. We get a lot of Requests raised via email, and the ability to automatically raise them into SD Plus would be very useful.
I've got the mail fetching working initially, but I'm bothered by the fact that email messages sent to the mailbox where the mail fetching is configured are deleted.
Is there any way round this?
