Mail Fetching with Lotus Notes
I am attempting to setup incoming e-mail for the ServiceDesk Plus Enterprise system using Lotus Notes, however on each attempt to connect, be it via IMAP or POP3, the following error is given:
FAILURE :Email Settings saved successfully. But error occurred while trying to check connection with mail server - Problem connecting to mailbox.
But I just spoke with our IT admin and he said we do not use POP or IMAP. We use SMTP, is there anyway this software can be setup for SMTP for incoming email settings?
