SDP --- Recently, we've been experiencing issues in mail fetching. Mail fetching status is running but it's not fetching the actual mails. Our workaround is to restart the SDP service but we would like a more permanent solution for this. Attached here support file and threaddump. Hope this helps. Thanks!
