Mail Fetching status || non normal behavior

Mail Fetching status || non normal behavior

Dears

i am facing non normal behavior for email fetching status , changed from running to stopped
no problem in email setting (username / password & port) also i can telnet email server IP with incoming/outgoing TCP port.
I tried to reset manageengine service and restart the server but invain

ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus  9.1

Mail Fetching status : RUNNING
Mail Fetching status : STOPPED
