mail fetching problems...
Hello SD-support,
Once a while SD (v.5.5.0) stops fetching mails from our mailserver. Sometimes it helps to click the stop and start mail fetching button. Other times it helps to restart the SD-service (a few times). Yet another time I had to remove a couple of emails from the mailbox on the server, before SD would start fetching the remaining.
If that wasn�t weird enough, it sometimes fetches the mail (but keeps it in the server mailbox), and initializes those requests with NO status at all (should be �open�)� SD actually perceives this as �closed�, so the technicians miss these requests completely�
Is there a fix for this (these) problem(s)?
