I have run into an issue with mail fetching not working after I upgraded from 14820. Prior to that version I had to edit java.security file and add TLSv1 and TLSv1.1 to  force Service Desk to use TLSv1.2 which is what our mail server uses. That file located (install dir\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\jre\lib\security) is nolonger there. I do have a ticket open however I am going in circles with them saying I cannot use TLSv1 which is what the server is trying to use despite it 1.2 being enabled in the application and on both application and mail servers. Support did confirm thoguht log analisys that it was trying to use TLSv1 and I needed to upgrade TLS. This is only effecting Incoming mail as we are able to send mail through the application. Has anyone else run into this issue?
