Mail Fetching issue when using Microsoft Modern Authentication/OAUTH

We would like to bring to your attention that you might be facing mail fetching issue due to an ongoing issue in connecting via IMAP & POP at Microsoft's End.

For more information regarding this outage, admin users can click on "Microsoft 365 admins click here to login" from the Microsoft's Service Health Page( https://portal.office.com/servicestatus ) to find detailed updates and notifications about any service disruptions or issues that may be impacting mail connectivity. Microsoft has published below details in their Health page.


Once after the issue is resolved by Microsoft, we request you to remove the mail configuration and re-add to establish the connection with mailbox to kick start the fetching as this outage would have resulted in locking the mailbox.
