Mail Fetching Fails when automatic reply sent from user
Hello,
We are having an issue with Mail fetching for self service fails when there is an automatic reply in the inbox of the self service account. If we delete the email and restart the Manage engine service all other tickets will process until there is another automatic reply.
We are on 9.3 Build 9317
Any help is appreciated
