mail fetching and attachments
Hello,
When a user sends an email through the helpdesk using Outlook 2000 the attachement doesn't get fetched by ServiceDesk. When sending using Outlook express the attachment gets picked up fine.
Any ideas?
We are using ServiceDesk Plus 6014
The helpdesk account is setup as POP3 on Exchange
