Good Morning,

 

We appear to be having a few issue with mail fetching - no emails are coming through.

 

I've checked the mail settings and all are correct and the service says its running. However, any emails sent to our ServiceDesk email account are not being pulled in.

 

We are having no issues sending emails.

 

We are running SDP 7.5.0 Build 7507

 

Any help on this would be much appreciated.
