Mail fetching
Hi,
I am evalution the Enterprise version of SD, i wanted to understand that the mail fetching feature of SD means the email send to helpdesk@mydomain.com will get conversted in to request automaticaly by SD and will be get added in to request list.
Can you confirm my understaing is correct? if yes, then can you let me know exact step for same and how to test it?
