mail fetch stops working

mail fetch stops working

we've been only using the mailfetch for a week now, but over the weekend it stopped fetching email.
mail server = exchange 2003
protocol = pop
SDP = 7604

I've tried stopping and starting from within SDP, no luck
Tried restarting POP-service on exchange, no luck
Tried logging in to the account using webmail works fine and there are 3 mails waiting to be parsed.
Telnet into pop account from SDP server works fine.
Log-view shows no errors.
