Okay, long heading, but what I want to know is it possible to have fetch collecting from several email addresses(I know it fetchs from one) but using rules we already have 5 addresses aliased to our main fetch account. 

 

So when an email from a customer is sent to app_support@companyname.com then SD+ will respond with notification that matches the team it was sent to(like thanks for sending to app support etc etc??  Then when an email is sent to ithelpdesk@companyname.com another notification that matches team this email sent to is sent to customer, i.e thanks for sending to It helpdesk etc etc.. Likeiwse when closed.

 

Hope you can help as I do not need another environment to admin, I would love to have 1 environment with 2 teams requests in it, but the customer assuming they are 2 completely different environments and thinking there requests are being serviced by seperate teams on seperate systems.  We already have too much cross calling, and we will not be joining the 2 teams, it is just too big a task.

 

We are currently on 7008 and testing 7.5, and may be willing to shift if option available in newer version they what we run.
