Mail errors
Hello,
I believe after upgrading to build 5009, there are issues with email notifications. SD+ is no longer sending the notifications that I had setup. When I go to check the mail settings under Admin-->Mail Settings-->Incoming I receive the folloing message:
"Please create a separate mail account and alias the mailid to this account. AdventNet ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus deletes the email from the account after fetching."
What has changed now?? And how do I go about fixing this issue??
