Mail conversations in Change and Problem management modules
Hi folks
Wouldn't it be fine to have mail conversations concerning a problem/change in the problem/change by adding a 'conversation' tab?
I would find it very useful having the same possibility to document a conversation as we have in the incident management module.
What do think?
