I installed the agent on a brand new Macbook (Catalina) this morning and got a security error which I had to ignore in System Preferences. Unfortunately I didn't get the full text but it did advise that the software developer needed to update the software. Also remote control is not working.

Is there a set of instructions for preparing a Mac OS installation for ManageEngine?
