MAC Address Resolver java exception
Hi,
we are user of ServiceDesk+ and OpManager MSP.
Now we are evaluating OpUtils.
MAC address resolver is the tool we are interested in. We are hoping, that in conjunction with switch port mapper we will get IP <-> switchport mappings, we so desperately need to eliminate work to locate IP addresses manually through router/switch console.
We are getting error, when running MAC address resolver:
[Exception in:/lan/macAddressResolver.jsp] java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: 8
We are using community "abc-xyz" i.e. community includes hyphen.
If I use "public" there is no error, but that's not community we use on our network devices.
