Feature:

• Room Mailbox Event Details report: This new report provides detailed information on room mailbox events, including title, schedule, organizer, and attendees.

Enhancements:

• The performance of the Remove from All Groups action has been improved for the following management tasks:

• Modify Distribution Group Members

• Modify Mail Enabled Security Group Members

• The User Last Logon report has been enhanced with two new columns, When Created and Days Since Created, providing admins information on when and how many days it's been since each user was created.

Issue fixes:

• A security issue in the Export Graph functionality of the Dashboard that could lead to unauthorized data access has been fixed.

• MMP-15896: An issue where the following Exchange Online reports did not retrieve data for all room mailboxes in the environment has been fixed:

• Room Mailbox Booking Count

• MMP-22811: As part of security improvements, legacy JAR files and outdated dependencies have been upgraded or removed, and updated dependencies have been introduced. Click here to view the currently used third-party components.

• MMP-23000: An issue has been fixed when applying filters in the License Details report returned no data while the Microsoft license SKU name contained a zero-width space character.

• MMP-23232: As part of security improvements, Apache Log4j has been upgraded from version 2.17.1 to version 2.25.3.

• MMP-23270: As part of security improvements, cxf-core-3.2.2.jar has been removed and SnakeYAML has been upgraded to version 2.5 within Elasticsearch.

• MMP-23298: As part of security improvements, Zulu JRE has been upgraded to version 8.92.0.19 (OpenJDK 1.8.0_482).

• MMP-23413: An issue in Bulk User Modification Using CSV management task where the AssignMailboxPermissionsFor attribute did not work has been fixed.

• MMP-23418: An issue in the Bulk User Modification Using CSV management task that caused the task to fail when importing a CSV file containing only the UserPrincipalName and EmployeeType attributes has been fixed.

• MMP-23454: A security issue with an outdated Apache Tomcat version that posed potential risks has been fixed by upgrading to version 9.0.115.

• MMP-23524: An issue where file-to-database data transfer using the Bulk Copy Program (BCP) failed when the SQL Server password contained a semicolon has been fixed.

• MMP-23530: An issue where adding a user to a security group failed via the single user creation template has been fixed.

• MMP-23541: An issue where deleting technicians failed when a large number of technicians were configured has been fixed.

• The following Exchange Online reports have been deprecated:

• Room Mailbox Events (use Room Mailbox Event Details instead)

• Calendar Log Events (use Calendar Events Report instead)

• Recently Created Calendar Events

• Recently Modified Calendar Events
