LSASS CPU Usage

I deleted the Domain Controllers group because I don't have the Active Directory plugin.. Now I'm getting an alert "LSASS CPU Usage is 99 % Processor Time, threshold value for this monitor is 90 % Processor Time " It could be a result of upgrading to 7 three weeks ago, but I can't find the location on how to change the threshold. How do I change the threshold?? It might be a suitable level, but i just want to know where to change it.
