I believe that this option is available in version 8124 can be improved.
If I, as administrator active this option, I no longer see the service template until I add myself to the group which was defined in the "Associate Groups to Template".
Another idea is that many technicians are requester too, then I imagined that when activate this option the template stay as "requester mode" for technicians that aren't in the "Associate Groups to Template" because these technicias may need this template as a service requester.
