Losing monitors (licensing issues?)

Losing monitors (licensing issues?)

Hello,
 
We seem to lose the ability to monitor some things, just in the middle of doing nothing. The monitors still run, but you can't see them graphically anywhere (and not add them either)
 
If we go to Admin/License administration and reapply the license the monitors come back. After a few days they then disappear again and we have to reapply the license.
