I can understand that maybe it won't be the most urgent thing to solve, yet it has been years since the report, the problem is still there, and I have technicians who complain about this anomaly since they take several times to respond, go through auto-save, and lose focus while they are writing.

Can anyone give some news about that?

Yes, I am well aware that new discussions should not be opened when old ones already exist and are still being worked on, but since we pay a regular license I would like to see this error corrected as soon as possible while not being critical.
