We are setting up Endpoint Central and has stumbled upon to issues not explained by any docs I've been able to find.

1. Can the Endpoint Central Server be run as a service account?

1.1. If yes what minimal rights does the service account need on the server?

2. We want to use MSSQL but the docs does not mention what rights is needed on the database.
