Looking for a way to determine if agent upgrade fails

We are seeing an issue where an agent upgrade fails and the system is then removed from DesktopCentral and we have no way of telling without going to the agent tab and looking for it.

Many other systems have alerts to let admins know when systems have been removed, is there anything in DesktopCentral that can do this?

Seems to happen to one or two systems every month and we don't know until we specifically try to push software to a machine and don't see it in the list of available systems.
