I'd like to know how other people are handling this or if anyone has any recommendations. We currently store our Future projects, / Tasks, things we need to do in Microsoft Planner. We would like to stop using Planner and put this information in SDP instead, so we can track all the things that has to be done, and if a technician has free time can start to work on it. 

How is everyone handling this? How are you tracking "Tasks" or "Projects" that need to be done in the near or long term future, but want to keep it visible so Leadership can see the items that have yet to be done, but are due in the future?
