Good Day

If I send a long respond to a request, it is not displayed correctly. In the ticket view the first long paragraph is cut off (screenshot.png). If I forward the request, you can see the full first paragraph (screenshot2.png). It would be great if coming updates could solve this behaviour. Thank you.
