We have had this issue, if you reboot the server or stop and restart the PMP service, sometimes it would take 10+ minutes to get PMP to load into a browser to the login page. It looks as if PMP is not working but then suddenly it will load. After we updated to the v12 latest version, this seemed to fix the issue and PMP would almost immediately load again as soon as the PMP service started. But now, its once again doing the same thing again. Reboot the server and it takes 10-20mins for PMP to work. Does anyone else have this problem? The service is running and is set to automatic.
