Where are the events that take place in ADSelfService Plus logged (Event Log, internal log, text file, etc)? I've seen the "audit reports" that you can manually run, but my company has the requirement to maintain the logs in a searchable format, and ideally have the administrative team alerted when a user unlocks themselves or resets their password.
Also, would that report be an automatable task, so I don't have to manually run the report daily and export on my own, sort of like a digest report of "what happened yesterday in SelfService" ?
