Logs missing & mail server problems

Logs missing & mail server problems

Hi,

I have 2 problems:

1: the logs folder in C:\AdventNet\ME\ServiceDesk\logs on my SD+ server is empty, despite SD+ having been running for 3 weeks now? Plase advice asap?

2: What i wanted to look for in the logs was entries connected to mail server settings since the SD+ says 'FAILURE :Email Settings saved successfully. But error occured while trying to check connection with mail server - Problem connecting to mailbox.' despite having entered 100% correct information. Please advice asap!
