Login to the sdp program by clicking on the link without entering the username and password

I want to enter the sdp program when the user clicks on a link similar to the one below.
What I mean is that the user can log in as a normal user without entering
the username and password in the sdp program. Of course, I know that this has some security
issues , but I accept the responsibility. Please guide me.
