Login Name - First Letter is UPPERCASE
I imported users from AD and found that all login names (1st Letter) are in UPPERCASE. Many users could not login to the self-service portal.
After checking, I found out that our login names should be in all lowercase.
Seems that SD+ is case sensitive and didn't inherit the specs from AD.
Is it a problem or designed in that way?
