Having a weird issue with SD+. New instance, fresh install, new server.
Users have imported from AD fine.
Using AD authentication
If I make a user on the SD+, instead of importing it, and log it in to Local, it works fine
The Admin account works fine (on local)
dB is MSSQL (same as the original instance)
No account, be it a requester or technician, will log in with domain credentials, it just says
"username or password incorrect"
Had to change some requester/technicians from AD authentication to Local authentication cause accounts were disabled on the AD.
At present on some occasions I have had complains from some technicians that they are not able to use the AD authentication and advised them to try the local authentication which worked
This was because I had noticed that at the point of importation of requester the username was the same as the password.
But on occasions the authentication is done by the AD and on others when they can authenticate I ask them to do it Locally same username and password.
I am having same issue as the administrator.
I would like to know how to get this resolved, as the application is in a trail state in the organization and the actual use of it in the organisation to get it fully in use
