Login issues

Login issues

Every so often, I find that I can not login to SDP.  I am only given the local login vs domain name option, and I am unable to login.  When I have someone else log in and look at my account in SDP, I am not assigned to the domain.  Once, they change my Domain from None, to my company domain and save, I can get in.

Why does this happen?  I only see it on my account.
