Hello everyone.
So I've installed Asset Explorer on my company and, doing that, i've updated the other solutions that we have (ServiceDesk Plus and Desktop Central) to ensure compatibility between them.
After that I've started having two issues on both ServiceDesk Plus and Asset Explorer: I can never login the first time, it gives me wrong user or password error, then if I try a second time it works. Other problem is that the user is always logging out randomly, it could hold for several minutes or a few seconds, then it asks for login.
Can anyone help with that?
