Login details on login screen can't be removed

I am just in the process of setting up our production copy of Support Center Plus. I have changed the Administrator password and would - naturally - like to remove the display of the login details for administrator and guest accounts from the login screen.
However, clicking the "Don't show login details again" link gives an error:

Error: Object doesn't support this property or method
Code: 0
Any idea how to remove the login details?
