Login account for Service Desk Integration
I am trying to evaluate these two products and have integration working fine with the default administrator account for SDP. However we only have two techs and want to use them for SDP but I get
Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus, The server might not be running or the network traffic may be too high.
I have Active Directory authentication enabled in SDP and most likely need to include a domain in the login, but DOMAIN\USER is not working, can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong here?
