Logging calls to an asset
Hi There,
While registering a request i would like to log calls towards assets. For example if the network printer or a switch or server or any other hardware not classified as workstation is giving a problem I cannot attach the asset to the request.
Is it possiblet to do this if yes pls guide how it can be achieved.
