Log Creation Amendment SC+ 7.6.04

Is it possible to create a script to amend the log creation times?
The reason I need this is that for our use, we sometimes have clients raise multiple issues in one log not a problem during the month as there is time to split into individual logs but there is the occasions when splitting the log means the new logs are created in the subsequent month which causes problems for our reports.
